1985 - The official inception of the Southern Transvaal Youth Choir by Mr JJ le Roux, Head Superintendent of Education 

1986 - First performance in Alberton Civic Centre, with Hannalie van der Merwe as conductor and Christian le Roux as the accompanist

1987 - Performance in the State Theatre in Pretoria and at the SABC; tour to the Free State and Eastern Cape

1989 - Workshop in Namibia; performance with the Drakensberg Boys Choir

1993 - Tour to the East (Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore)

1994 - Tour to Durban. Major Youth Choir Festival in Kempton Park with 9 choirs participating

1995 - Tour to Amanzimtoti; recordings for church services on radio; part of the opening ceremony for the African Gimnastic Games

1996 - Tour to Europe; attained over all 3rd Trophy for the most promising Youth Choir; TV recordings for Christmas programme with Drakensberg Boys Choir; recording of 1st CD

1997 - Tour to Namibia; Henk Barnard joins the choir as conductor

1999 - Tour to the Cape; performance at the Klein Karoo Kunstefees; recording of 2nd CD

2000 - Tour to the Far East: Malaysia and Thailand; standing ovations at each performance; new accompanist Franz Geldenhuys joins the choir

2001 - Tour to the Lowveld and Bloemfontein; performance with the Bloemfontein Children's Choir

2002 - Tour to Swaziland, Sabie and Badplaas; TV appearance; recording of 3rd CD

2003 - Tour to Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Greece; standing ovations

2004 - Tour to Cape Province, performance with the Tygergberg Children's Choir

2005 - Tour to KwaZulu-Natal with standing ovations; performance with Leeuven Girl's Choir, Belgium

2006 - Tour to the Eastern Cape; 20th Sander; launching of 20 Years Celebration CD

2007 - Tour to Greece and Italy; won the Youth Choir Section at the 26th Competition, Preveza, Greece

2008 - Tour to KwaZulu-Natal; performance with the Drakensberg Boys Choir

2009 - Participation at the Animato Choir Competition in Cape Town, where Colla Voce obtained the 2nd place in the section for Youth and University Choirs

2010 - Highly successful weekend tour to Northern-Natal; choir workshop and performance with the Northern-Natal Youth Choir

2011 - Performance with the Colorado Children's Springs Chorale from the USA; performance with the School for the Deaf from Pretoria and the Con Amore Orchestra; Heidi Schoeman joins Colla Voce as accompanist. Tour to KwaZulu-Natal; Launch of the Colla Cares Campaign and an unforgettable standing ovation at an Old Age Home in Durban  

2012 - Founding of the Adopt-a-Colla Support Fund for less privileged choristers Choir programme; choir fully booked ahead for 18 months; performance with Ndlovu Youth Choir, East Rand Youth Choir and UP Youth Choir; performances at UJ Graduation Ceremonies; reunion of Collas and  Allumni during 25th year celebration of existence; Recording of 6th CD; Soli Deo Gloria Concert with violinist Lizelle le Roux

2013 - Official registration as NPO at the Dept. of Social Welfare; performance at Chris Hani Wreath Laying Ceremony with personal handshake and well wishes from President Jacob Zuma; corporate performance at Spud evening with the actors John Cleese and Troye Sivan as guests; several standing ovations overseas while performing with the Wessex Male Choir in Swindon and other performances during our tour to England and Wales.  Participation in the Llangollen International Eisteddfod in Wales - third place in Section for Adult Choirs Won Gold in the Animato International Choir Competition; Performance with Jak de Priester and Cantare Children's Choir

2014 - Performance at UP Choir Festival with several other youth choirs; Christmas and other performances fully booked before new choir year starts; performance at the100-year celebration of existence of the Suid-Afrikaanse Volkspele Vereniging (Afrikaanse Folk Dancing) in Gauteng; performance in August with South African-born Francois le Roux (HA!Man), an export cellist, during his visit to South Africa

2015 - Multiple memorable performances locally; successful tour to Limpopo

2016 - Performance at UP Choir Festival at the University of Pretoria's Aula; 30th birthday celebrations and Alumni reunion

2018 - Awarded with a silver medal in the 2018 World Choir Games!
